Assistant Professor, Nancy Dahlinger joined Newman University in 2001 as the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator. She served in that capacity until 2017 when she became the OTA Program Director. Nancy has taught numerous courses in the OT and OTA curriculum, and has served as Faculty Adviser for the Newman Occupational Therapy Student Association over the years. She has enjoyed working with great clinical instructors in over 85 facilities located all across the nation. She has an extensive practice background in a variety of settings (hospitals, schools, private practice) and has worked in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Arkansas and Kansas. Nancy is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, has served as the Kansas Occupational Therapy Association Vice President and is actively registered with the National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy. She enjoys yoga, reading and volunteering at church.
